Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, inventory availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and is outside of our control.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Carrier Responsibility & Liability
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.

By placing an order, you agree that any claims related to shipment issues must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or delivery location.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.

 

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@makeupbykatieklein.com with your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

 

No Returns / Final Sale
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

 

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, supply chain interruptions, or governmental actions.
